1. Most specialties require 2 years of experience.
2. An active license, for the location you are looking to travel to (our Compliance Team can help with any questions or concerns with licensing, or you can visit this site for all the details).
3. You must be willing to work a full-time assignment (minimum 36 hours per week).

Pay & Flexibility. You will definitely receive higher pay than a staff nurse, and you’ll have the flexibility to start new assignments, at new facilities, as you complete assignments. Plus, you get to travel to the destination of your choosing for temporary 13-week assignments. What’s not to love?

Within our industry, a 13-week assignment is pretty standard, though that may be dependent on the discipline/ specialty, and the hiring facility. Our recruiters can definitely talk to you more on the ideal length for you, and work with you on that.

Again, most assignments are 13-week contracts, but if you love the facility and location, and they need the help, you can always extend as long as the position is open!

Fo’sho! Traveling is better with family and/or friends, even furry friends. Many of our travelers are on the road with their dogs. Just talk with your recruiter about it and they will ensure they find the right housing for your specific needs.
