  • Code and bug fixes
  • Provide first-rate customer support and incident remediation both on-site and via remote access to our 3 offices around the country.
  • Identify root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
  • Efficiently coordinate support tasks and activities accordingly to priority.
  • Manage Level-1 Help Desk operations, and supplement other IT team tasks when needed.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and knows when to escalate 3rd-level incidents, following appropriate processes and procedures.
  • Working with limited supervision in a customer-facing role.


  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing service environment.
  • A positive can-do attitude and willingness to perform routine and repetitive tasks.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a technical field AND one of the following: MCSE, A+, and/or Network+ Certification.
  • Two (2) years of technical support or software development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PC operating systems, printing, networking and application support.
  • Self-starter attitude who thrives on problem-solving - able to come up to speed on complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance.
  • Experience using ticket tracking systems.
  • Experience with both technical and customer service interactions are preferred.

Experience Requirements:

Would like to have:

  • Experience with DotNetNuke.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with DevExpress/ DevExtreme.
