Job Summary:
We are looking for a zealous Database Administrator to join our development team to
deliver a high-quality product that allows our company to increase efficiencies. You’ll be
working alongside other engineers to create new applications/products, update existing
applications, and maintain a system that is unique to OneStaff! OneStaff Medical
connects healthcare facilities with talented medical staff throughout the country, and
you’ll be part of the pivotal point connecting talent with our dedicated recruiting staff via
our website and system. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about what they
do and truly rise to the challenges that come with a custom system while maintaining
high integrity and standards in their coding and technical design. This is a full-time position. This position is a hybrid position after two weeks of on-site training. This training includes learning OSM’s business, objectives, and priorities. After training is complete, the team member is able to work from home up to three days per week and have access to flex hours.
Responsibilities:
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
- Redesigning and recreating a SQL Server
- Validating and authenticating data
- Monitoring the performance of database(s)
- Configuring databases and permissions
- Maintaining data integrity
- Protecting the data over our vendors, facilities, and healthcare professionals
- Set authorization policy and access for software developers
- Ad-hoc reporting (extract data to Excel and/or CSV files)
- Anonymizing personally identifiable information (PII)
- Data migration
- Troubleshooting transactions and indexes
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Database Administrator
- Data analysis experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, AWS SQL (preferred), and AWS NoSQL databases (preferred)
- Experience with migrating from on prem to the cloud preferred
Education:
Associates Degree
Salary:
$80,000.00 - $140,000.00
