Job Summary:
Join our Finance Team! We are looking for a Bookkeeper to help with all accounting needs. These include tax returns, accounts receivable and filing annual reports. Looking for someone who is organized and a team player. 

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping
• Filing of Sales Tax Returns
• Accounts Receivable Management
• Compiling of Financial Statements
• Filing Annual Reports
• Communication liaison during tax season with CPA
• Reconciliation of all accounts for financials
• Other Accounting duties as required

Requirements:

Excellent organizational and time management skills. · Ability to prioritize tasks. · A team player with solid communication skills. · Experience with payroll management systems. · Welcomes input from others. · Proven background with strong abilities in · Organizational skills · Attention to detail · Working with tight deadlines · Time management · Maintaining confidentiality

Experience Requirements:

• Quick Books Experience Required ·
• 2 years previous accounting experience

Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Salary:

$65,000.00 - $97,000.00
